Hotel nice location ! Hotel very clean and the guy at front desk he name was Joe very. Nice and Professional. We had a beautiful view of the boardwalk ,and beach rm was clean, and nice security felt very safe , and they was polite. When ever I visit Atlantic City I only stay there at Atlantic Palace because of its guilt location Ave great Window view of the ocean . Always clean and the staff is helpful.

We love that you can park the car and not having to drive until you leave. And that you walk out the door right onto the Boardwalk. I was rather somewhat satisfied with the coziness of the room and overall the building. Always try to stay there if I could?. I liked the decor of the rooms. The cleanliness of the entire hotel, and the businesslike approach of the staff. Great view from the 20th floor overlooking the boardwalk and ocean. Free parking. Steam room. And jacuzzi tub. Loved the big window and the ocean view. Bath tub was great. Room was decent. Worked out perfect for us. Ocean view, on the boardwalk, on-site parking, near casinos, good bathrooms, overall room is good. The view was awesome and the convenience to the Boardwalk and ocean was wonderful. We had a coffee maker but no coffee or anything that goes with it. Wish the pool had been opened 24 hours, there was a moment I wanted to dip in / swim a few laps, my son as well. Better controlling of the air conditioner, took rather long to cool off the room. Heat was difficult to regulate. Granted it was a cold snowy night and the windows are large, but it was too cool. Seemed alittle crazy with all the rules on the confirmation I was almost sorry I booked here. Seemed like it was going to be more trouble than it was worth. We just simply wanted a close place to stay by resorts. As it turned out the staff was really nice and it nothing like I expected. Slow elevators, no elevator in parking garage, basically no wi-fi (very, very low signal), the bed is HORRIBLE, no oven, fridge is tiny, hot tub not big enough. The television did not work and also the plumbing was very bad as the sinks and shower did not want to drain. Not really a suite - the same size as a regular room, but with a kitchenette. Also, I wouldn't have brought my own coffee had I known they served it in the lobby for free. They literally will charge you for everything, so you have to be very anal about clean up. (Leaving a dish in the sink could cost $50 or so, taking a towel $10 or so, its all listed...). Difficult for older people to bathe in the jacuzzi tub/ shower. I think it couldve been a little cleaner. No coffee in the room or breakfast down stairs. No coffee filter and no pots in the " kitchen". We only wished we could have had a complimentary coffee in our room as some hotels offer!. Rooms need a bit of updating, but were fine. ? TOO late of a check in ..4 PM? how about 2. No paper towels in room Glasses and toaster oven were not cleaned Did not allow early check in. Nothing. I wanted a different room cause my first stay there was outstanding. Room needs updating & bed was too hard. The parking detached from the hotel!. I didnt like the process of waiting for the inspection. Each room was supposed to fully inspected before guest check in and Our room was not. There were several problems that had to be fixed prior to us checking in, which made the stay an inconvenience by having maintence men in and out over an hour duration. The elevators very slow, there is no parking while checking in. Where do you put your car while checking in. If you are not from Atlantic City, the address was hard to find. The staff rushed me out. The hotel was not to family friendly. The room needs updating. The ceiling in the bathroom started to bubble up and peel when I was showering. Very aged furniture. Elevators are inadequate. Had to walk down 10 stories after waiting over 30 minutes for an elevator at 11 am. They have plastic protectors on the mattress and pillows causing you to sweat when sleeping. Pillows were horrible, very noisy all night long, was unable to sleep. How small the television and no room service. intimidating tone in written warnings and having to sign my name 4 times just to check in... afraid one coffee stain would result in an extra charge bath water was rusty brown color no ventilation controls. The hotel seems split in half with a time share facility & the workers there were rude & not helpful at all when they knew you weren't part of the time share. beds, pillows. Couldn't get in from the boardwalk with our key not real clean it was okay probably won't stay there again. The rooms were outdated and the queen beds are reg. queen sized beds. Not many amenities not worth the money will continue to stay at the casino, better rooms for the buck. Garage is too small and if you park on the top floor, no elevator. The garage is not good for those that are physically challenged. The card reader on the boardwalk enterance did not work and when we asked security about it we were accused of not knowing how to use it. They were very rude and disrespectful and did not have good customer service at all. We had such a problem with them we left 2 nights early. Also, we were not once asked how our stay was or an apology from security for the way they acted. We will never stay here again. poor elevator service- parts of facility is under renovation- rate must be only under $50.00. old furniture, old bathroom, old kitchenette, no silverware.stuff was not very friendly helping; even other quests were questionable looking. I could have get a better room in a new hotel with that price.The only reason I choose Atlantic palace was the fact that friend of mine booked there through timeshare exchange. Their studios were nicer. The flat screen TV right in the center of the view of the view of the beach. Elevators werent working properly. The price was ok for the Location but very outdated looks like it was a little more high end 20 years ago. The checking time was 4PM Strictly) Why don't you make it 6PM and check out time 6 am, so you have the room all day. Parking sucked.
