The staff was nice, and the location was ok. About 20min drive to Mid Town. Airport very close. Some of the rooms had a gap between the door and wall and I had to switch my room because of that issue. Other than that, for the price you get what you pay for. I would stay again. Staff was really Nice.. The hotel is located relatively close to the airport and the hotel offers free transportation from and to the hotel. The staff is very helpful in all regards. It's a good hotel if you just want to spend a night in between flights and don't expect too much luxury. The breakfast was ok.
all reviews » The staff at this hotel were the friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered. The rooms were clean and we got such a deal for this! $117 for three nights! I don't usually leave reviews, but I was so impressed that I thought they deserved one. The manager was so nicend very helpful.I had a wonderful 4 day stay and ,Howard the shuttle bus driver is the best.Overall its the best service I've had in a long time.Keep. up the good. work.See you guys in may. Staff was really nice, and the price - $39 for a night was very good. My wife and my son enjoyed the pool when we arrived from Europe. Nothing would of rather spent more money then have to stay there again!. Nothing other than the proximity to the airport. The only good think was the price of the room. The pool view was the only exciting thing. Nothing good to say bout this dump. Nothing!!!!!. For the name of the hotel I didn't expect too much. So my expectations were met and nothing was a issue. Our room and the bedsheet had a funny, smokey smell and all in all didn't seem very clean or maintained. We had a room with a disfunctional smoke-alarm which kept beeping every minute or so throughout the night. Nothing. The walls were a bit thin, but otherwise everything was ok. I guess I cannot expect more in terms of breakfast at the price. No map of amenities so I did not know the vending machine was behind the front desk. Night staff not very helpful. The airport is to much close. We don.t sleep good. Shower didn't work very well. Not have shopping more. no kleenx. no kleenx. There was a problem with the name on the reservation and the clerk was all but calling me a liar. Another man who was there said something to him and he looked again and found it. He had my credit card in his hand all of this time. Since was only there overnight I was forced to stay there. Found out from locals that this hotel is in a very bad area of Atlanta. We had no problems, though. Oo Ur room was right next tomthe office somwe felt safe and the room was quiet even with planes flying overhead. Everyone was very nice. Loose cover on A/C unit. Broken knob on Shower control. My bathroom curtain was dirty, under the bathmat had grime, it was not clean throughout my stay. The lady that clean my room was lazy. $25.00 early check-in charge. No refund for early departure date. Unconnected electric wires. Tub water faucet dripped all night. Tub in room was sub-standard... water stood in the bottom. Kind of dusty. The location off the highway is bad, trying to get on the property and off is very difficult when traffic is heavy. The bathroom shower is horrible, when you switch it from tub to shower the pressure and valves did not work. Pool was dirty, outside smelled like weed, maids never came in a 3 day stay. Needs renovation, breakfast is a joke. Room service or the lack there of. The room we were giving at first was dirty, smelly, and lookeed like something out of the 40'S. There was a crack in the door about 3 inches wide and you could see outside, the bed was hard as a rock. Not in a good neighborhood!!!. The hotel was nasty!!! Stains and other peoples hair was on the the sheets! The room was filled with nats! The appearance of the hotel was just old and poorly maintained and the other people that stayed there were of lower class! Very loud and ghetto! The worst experience there ever!!!. The random thugs hangin in the parking lot, blood on the wall, the thugs yelling on the balconies at 1 in the morning. the towels were dirty, the room smelled funky. The bed smelled funky/nasty. The front desk clerk was ride n unprofessional. The shuttle does not take u to airport not a return trip u have to pay $10 per trip. There were kids knocking in door to much no rest never going again. Booked this room online, what a mistake! This is a money hungry owner who doesn't put a red cent back into their rooms. The only reason I can think of staying there again is if Zombies are running rampant North of I-285!. every thing!!!. The room they gave us was terrible. The ceiling was crumbling on to the floor. There was mold behind the curtains. I have spent less for much better kept rooms. tvs small no channels room smells walls had holes in it.the picture on wall had dead roaches in it.i wouldnt stay here again if u paid me. If you like - the sound of plane 200 ft above you - multicolor spots on your sheets and towels - the old smokey carpet in a non smoking room - the dust to decorate your funitures - the company of 6 legs animals This motel is the place to be. The hotel was very dirty and uncomfortable. I will never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. The room was dirty, you could see outside because the door had a large gap,housekeeping was rare, the manager did not want to give us towels all this and more after looking at three other rooms that was in horrible condition. Would not recommend this motel at all.
