It was very comfort and friendly.When I arrived I was very tired and hungry, had to very young children as well as a teenager that was hungry. All I wanted to do is to find them so food and me to lay down my hard. That following morning I woke up early and had the best shower at that point I wanted to bring that shower home with me, my daughter felt the same way. If I would stop with Microtell Inn again, yes and would recommend it to others.

It was a last minute reservation & I received a great deal. I was nervous because of the price but it worked out great!!. the staff was very friendly, particularly, the lady (can't remember her name) who checked us in & out. This was my 1st stay at Microtel & I was impressed. The beds were comfortable, room nice size & I loved the hot shower. I will certainly stay again. My experience in the hotel was great, the personal was friendly and kind. the room is comfortable and the bed is soft. the food in the morning was also value for the price. Thanks to all the people who help me with the translation to spanish language. The hotel was far better than I expected; it was clean, large and the staff were great! They recommended places to eat, shared their personal mobile phone charger when I left mine at home, and were generally caring for a bargain price. Very courteous and informative. Breakfast was great and healthy. No one rushes me to hurry checked out nor did they charged me more after I was an hour late in checking out. It was quiet resting and parking was great. The biggest attraction was the price of $40 and I had stayed at Microtel's before and was satisfied. If you are simply going to be there for 10 or 12 hours, it is absolutely fine. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is very close to airport (5 minutes) and they have complimentary shuttle running all the time to/from the airport. The front desk staff was great the manager ms.carilone and the guy attendant are great.the girl wit dreads is very help ful. The room was clean, the bed comfy. The check in staff woman in the evening was eceptionally friendly and helpful. I found the staff to be friendly, customer serving and caring. The breakfast and morning paper was a nice amenity. Upstairs ice vending machine was not working I had to go to the lobby. But the front desk was very apologetic. The bathroom had issues. The door was swollen and was hard to open or close. Areas needed to be fixed with caulking and there were what appeared to be perminant stains on the counter. The food was ok in the breakfast room and for the price I would not complain but I would if I had paid $80 for the room. The other Microtel's I have stayed had the belgium waffle maker, hard boiled eggs and a better selection. Not too clean, we had a non-smoking room on the first floor; however, the entire floor including our room smelled like smoke. Thank goodness we only were in the room for 7 hours. We had a red eye into Atlanta and left the next morning. The tv's are old and the windows dont have SCREENS.the housekeepers need to improve there cleaning skills.but other wise its great for the price im paying. I had a couple of issues with my reserved room. The air conditioning unit was leaking fluid, which caused the wetness and dampness throughout the room. Tiles were missing at the elevator, tissue and soap was missing from the room I was moved too. Outside of that I found the staff to be friendly, customer serving and caring. What I didn't like had nothing to do with the hotel directly, but when you gps the directions, somehow it took me into the airport and it was difficult getting out/again nothing to do with the hotel itself. It would be nice to just have a bottle of water available as not everyone drinks from the taps, but other than that I could not ask for anything else. The only bad thing was that they were doing work on the walls so it made the hallways very unpresentable, but that doesn't really matter in the long run. The breakfast ended too early (10am) and the tv in our room wasn't working. N/A. The breakfast could have been better You guys could serve pancakes.... Eggs... Bacon... You know... Have a bigger selection... Preferably a bigger buffet. The room was a little bit small for my taste. was no toiletries do not put trash bags in cans,tiles by elevator need fixing. cannot see tv from both beds,have to unplug frig for tv to be plugged in. Had trouble connecting to wifi. Wifi was available in common area but did not reach my room. Had to ask for towels, toiletries etc. I wasn't able to get WIFI and the lack of places to eat at late hours. The housekeeper tried to charge me for smoking in a room because she was digging in my trash and I smoked outside. The breakfast was poorly put together. I would have preferred clean sheets every night not every 3 days. I hated the night I spent there because I could not sleep well due to a constant and persistent noise from the utility room every 10 minutes. It was a loud screeching noise. I stayed in room 210 and I would like management to sleep there them self for a night and them give me my money back because I woke up with my head exploding with a pounding headache. My whole day was a complete mess. I was drowsy and unproductive in what I had to do that day. The breakfast service - had keep asking for plates, forks etc. No staff around so had to go out and find them. Other's who came in for breakfast experienced the same. TV's didn't work in two rooms. Breakfast was comical...almost an afterthought by the staff. There is no way to tell which shuttle from the airport belongs to this facility...that was worthless we ended up taking a cab. Elevator didn't work about half the time. Carpets need to be cleaned or replaced in the hallways. Needs to be kept a bit more clean,. Very noisy, missing covers on light ceiling covers, electrical covers missing, and my last night there we had no lights in my room only due to electrical problems. Parking lot was very trashy. Needs better coffee facilities. The front desk staff was very rude. She was outside a back entrance smoking when I arrived. I had to call to her to get her attention. There was a discrepancy on the rate from the letsbookhotel.com webpage. She raised her voice with me. When I asked to speak with her manager she told me that was not an option. I was unaware that letsbookhotel.com did not charge the pet fee in the 'total price' of the hotel. That needs to be fixed on your page. The carpet in the hallways looked dirty. It was unfortunate that the guests in the room next to us were too noisey. We had to phone the receptionist twice to try talk to them. This did not happen until we went down(at 1.30am) to formally asked to be moved to another room before the management now went to caution those people. Only then could we settle down and sleep. The Loud, noisy, and destruction of the renovation during our stay. The room decor.
