The newly renovated Hotel Royal Residence offers 62 air conditioned rooms and one of the biggest pool in the northern emirates with 2 Slides in the pool. The individually decorated units include a seating area with a satellite TV and a music system. All have a well-equipped kitchen. Covered parking is available at each. International dishes are served at Sikkat Beirut. Guests can also enjoy a hot cup of coffee at Sikkat Beirut Café. Room service is also available. Dreamland Waterpark is 15 minutes’ drive away and tickets can be arranged by the reception staff. It has a 24-hour front desk. Sharjah Airport and Ras Al Khaimah International Airport are both 25 minutes by car from Hotel Royal Residence.

The villa was spacious and clean, with a private car park for every unit. Location is good, easy to spot and right along the highway so we can use the hotel as a base to roam around UAQ or visit other emirates. They have an adjacent 24-hour restaurant and a coffee shop that opens til late. Gym had sufficient equipment for those who like to stay fit during their stay and a section where guests can play billiards and table football.

The whole resort is surrounded by compound wall , good security, good privacy, nice ambiance , value for money. everything is excellent for family...its little bit far but my kids enjoyed much.. the price if that goes high i would never go for it so please dont increase. Liked the fact, the deluxe room was very good value for money. i like the ste up of the room.its nicely arranged. The pool was small. No real room service, but there is 24-hr delivery from a nearby restaurant. 1. Some more play areas such for basket ball, table tennis, Shuttle etc would have been good. 2. Options available for breakfast was limited. 3. Few Indian channels should be availalble in the TV. Only Arab channels were available through satellite tv but not a big issue. no grace period for checkout. They refuse to send 2 towels in a 2 bedroom villa. Very rude and unruly front office staff. No towels present. Swimming pool water not temperature controlled. Nothing i have felt was not upto the mark ... the a/c were not functioning and so it was very hot through out our stay. the old A/C sounds. could not enjoy swimming pool as it is very small if the occupancy is full, also it should be little shaded as the sun is very hot in this country. Need to take care more about wiping floors and bathroom floor and bath tub Bathroom floor tiles and bath tub looked like scratched in some areas and the grout in the spacing between bathroom tiles need more filling. Best hotel. Not comfortable. Staff response on service requirements is very very slow so be prepared to walk down to the reception of you need anything urgently. Pool is a bit crowded when the occupancy is high. Be prepared for wild parties going on in the place in other villas if you're going with families. - The pool don't have temperature control. We can't swim during this winter season. - We ask for crab hunting package. Info not very good and it is unvailable on that day. noise from the pool area in the wee hours of the morning. No equipments in the room like shampoo and balsam, slippers coffee or tea. It's empty nothing at all. as soon as a wanted to sleep a guy nacked the door to give me some free pepsi and water. i think they should have them in the fridge before the guest come. Incomplete facility. 24 hour open pool outside the room meant noise all night. No wifi in the room we chose, but were told it would work at the pool side (it didn't). Blocked bathroom drain meant bathroom flooded and smelled very bad! Acrylic bath was covered in cigarette burns and stains. In room breakfast (not ordered) consisted of white bread and jam plus rubbery egg omlette. Plastic cutlery appeared to be recycled. Stinking Bathrooms Stinking Kitchen. Window A/C, almost broken. Smell of Alcohol everywhere. Old furniture and can see cigerate burns on the sofa. There is an old smell inside the villa. There is no kichen utensils like spoon, glass, knife, small kettel to make a tea or coffee. The break fast is only bread, omlet, Jam Butter. No other option. Maintenance Room size Room setup Washroom. 1.Room shower was very Low pressure 2. Bathroom and kitchen drains were flooding 3.House keeping was very bad 4. swimming pool was not maintained and instead of people swimming it was used as play pool.Thus others were denied a chance of swimming. 5. Not provided drinking water in the second day of stay. House keeping was very slack. 6. Refrigerator was not working. 7. The amount charged for this facility was very high 5. -the rooms are totally different than the photoes. -the furniture is very old. -mattresses and pillows are not comfortable at all.

Please note that one child under 06 years is stays free of charge while children from 06-12 years will be charged AED 50/children/night. Children above 12 years are considered as an adult, AED 100/night. Please note the fitness centre is currently undergoing renovations. Kindly note that visitors can stay only in the reception or restaurant. Visitors who will enter the hotel premises or room or will use the facilities (pool access) will be charge AED 100/-net per person as entrance fee only. Please note that all amenities inside the room should be used only inside the room. Any amenities missing from the room upon check-out would be for an extra charge. Pool Towels will be available at the lifeguard post. Kindly note our standard check-in time is 1500 hrs and rooms should be vacated by 1200 hrs on the departure day. To ensure rooms and suites are available for 'early arrivals' they must be reserved and paid for the night prior. In case of an early departure the hotel would have the right to charge a minimum one night as cancellation charge and the total charge would depend on the duration of stay being cancelled. Please note that as per Government Requirements all the family guests staying in the hotel have to present personal identification upon check in (Passport / local driving license/ Identity card).
