Beds were very comfy, the apartment had everything when it comes to kitchen things! I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai but this is by far the best!

Beautiful hotel, highest quality of material used. Perfect rooms with nice view and very comfort beds. Friendly staff and excellent food served in the different restaurants. Japanese restaurant is the best !

In general friendly staff often simply does not understand you. This results in a lot of mistakes because you want or ordered something else that you get. Checking in and out procedure also because of misunderstandings took a lot of time. Staff that is in direct contact with guests has to be better trained !

Stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the Residences wing and the bathroom had a plumbing problem and the hotel staff were going to carry out repairs whilst we were in there. i thought that was very improper and insisted that we were relocated.

Staff is EXECELLENT. Property is very upscale, and well maintained.

Hairdryer could not be plugged in in the bathroom. Be careful if you rent a car, the entrance to the hotel is photo ticket area and posted speed is 40kpm...would you like a copy of my picture ; ) !!!

Excellent: hotel design and decoration, bed comfort, kitchen equipment, room service, buffet restaurant, breakfast, swimming-pool.

When you book in the room description it is mentioned "sofa-bed" but this is just a sofa that can be equipped with sheets and pillow if needed. Was OK for our 3.5 years old toddler. Very small beach but enough.

- Almost everything one would need to feel at home is found in my apartment.. - Very nice, lovely and courteous staff; always willing to offer help. - Neatness is superb.. - Nice place to lazy yourself a bit. - A home away from home... After leaving I felt the impression of missing it for the next few days...

- Laminated copies of operation manual/steps for dish washer and washing machine not present.

Entrance & the lobby shows luxurious hotel. But rooms are very small and tight.

Rooms are very small and tight. Using two elevators to reach the room. Card access annoyance: cards are not activated properly. Staff promised to send new ones; but nobody shows. In general: staff needs to be trained.
