the actual hotel had a very laid back atmosphere and thats a great thing to unwind after a hectic day, and it was in a good location close to many things... the room. just the construction that was happening... the air conditiong was not very cold, thanfully the weather was a cool 12 to 18 degrees, i'd be worried to stay in the same room during the arabian summer.
