  This is truly a 5 star Hotel! The staff was great, most of the staff spoke English and all were very helpful and friendly. The concierge was great! I had left home without my suit and the concierge was able to track down a rental and he even took me shopping for shirt and tie. He also gave me directions to many places to visit while in the city. I... what people say » had the included breakfast with my room and I would highly recommend you take advantage of this! I would stay here again without any hesitation. - It is a great, new hotel in the center of Kharkov. It provides great value as it is a 5-star hotel with great service and rooms. Several fantastic restaurants, a beautifull sky bar which allows you to overlook Kharkov center and other nice things make this really a super hotel. Also, the price is really good when comparing it with regular, Ukraine hotels in the area. All in all a great place, great value in a 5 star hotel!

  Everything was excellent and on a high level - both facilities and the staff. Very comfortable rooms, qualitative furniture and bathroom equipment, good ventilation and air conditioning. Very professional and friendly staff. Good breakfast and restaurant. Definitely reccomend this hotel! - Everything was just fine, it is a good european 4-stars... what people say » hotel, pretty new, clean and modern. It is very close to the airport, so ideal for transit travelers. However it is a bit far from the city center (~ 15 min by taxi, taxy price is 4 euro). Free and stable wi-fi connection.

The best it suites for romantic getaway or relaxing luxurious weekend and for all kind of business events (they have impressive congress facilities).   Great service, starting from the pickup at the airport throughout the whole stay. Nice breakfast Top-class gym Good kitchen (enjoyed two dinners there) - Best recommend for everyone who will came in Kharkov !!!!!!

  The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived early morning on th... what people say » e overnight train and weren't supposed to check in for about 4-5 hours but the desk clerk allowed us to check in about 8 in the morning. It was great - The service and attitude of staff was excellent. Breakfast, for me, was a particular high point being a British style buffet.
