What people say

The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived early morning on the overnight train and weren't supposed to check in for about 4-5 hours but the desk clerk allowed us to check in about 8 in the morning. It was great .
