  I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Gostiny Dvor hotel! The staff were very friendly. Front desk girls were so helpful, spoke excellent english and always went out of their way to accommodate any request I had. The Chateau restaurant which is attached is to hotel is a little expensive but was a true5 star gourmet restaurant! Amazing s... what people say » ervice and cuisine. All servers spoke enough English that I never had a problem and they were very knowledgable and friendly. The hotel is located ver - All staff at the hotel and the Shato Restaurant attached to it. Are kind,cheerful,and attentive to all guests who come by. The accomodation is relaxing and perfect for vacation or business travelers. I`ve stayed there twicw now. For 12 days in April 2012 and just returned from a 14 day April 13-27th,2013 vacation to Kharkov,Ukraine once again.

They went out of the way to fullfill your eve - Svetlana who works at reception desk was very helpful and friendly.   The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value.   Extremely friendly staff. Girls on the front desk spoke English and it was no problem checking in at midnight. The concierge was very helpful and spoke a number of languages. Hotel is central and within walking distance to many places. There is a Metro station just around the corner for longer trips or the staff can call a taxi.
