-Staff speak English fluently -Very clean and daily room cleaning -Great location in center of city -Everything you will need (restaurants, stores, etc) all very close -Each room has own bathroom with shower or tub, microwave and fridge and safe in room also. -Everything is very new and modern style. The hotel is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the train station and a short walk from Odessa's main street. The room is spacious, modern, clean and the wi-fi connection is great.

Would not recommend to families with small children only because of noise from the children. The building facade was undergoing refurbishment, so it was a little strange when we arrived. 1. Need 2 trash can one for the table the other for the restroom 2. bathrobe IS NOT INCLUDED. no elevator. Outside still being worked on so not nice to look at. Entrance are not great. This is an apart / hotel and as such fulfils neither requirements. A lot of television channels, but no cinema/discovery channels at all. everything was perfect. With the work on the building, the stairs are very dirty and no indication on hotel entry or very poor. i had roadside apartments and the road noise was a bit intrusive. The building's facade is still under works. So it does not look nice from outside due to metallic panels. Also not easy to find the hotel that is hidden by metallic facade. The overnight concierge. location is a little bit noisy. Apartments is situated on the 3rd floor, no elevator avaluable! Very very problematical to climb up the stairs with small child. Facade is under repair, hard to find, ugly look. could have had a TV in the lounge room and more comfortable seats at the dining table. - Staff not really friendly - No real security especially for main entrance - too expensive for service and value. Building Under going construction where hotel is located. Other hotels in area of similar appearance were 20% cheaper. ( Not under construction ). Very annoying is the smell of cigarettesmoke in the room. There is an non smoking sign but also a ashtree. no breakfast and i couldnt cook in my room. No breakfast. Too hi price for rooms. Outside of the building is very bad. There is no elevator. very old bulding. . Cleaning of the room is extra. and this is very interesting. rooms which are not looking to the street, has the rain drainage problem. so do not stay there on the rainy nights, you can not sleep because of the water noise. The hotel is on renovation; and the hotel is not equiped by lift. They did not plan to have; if you come with only one hand bag and you are blind... this can be an 'hotel" but is still expensive! I was really disappointed. They have no human contact. I canceled the following overnight stays and I found 4 star hotel, very well located (600m) and cheaper. Poor location, bad building, very taff staf, unproffisonal management. the hotel occupying the third flour of very old building with no elevator and this old building is under constructio. I belive such apart hotel must stop receiving any reservation or guests. if you arrived and getting shocked by the situation and request your money back the management may pick you out. totally unfair & proffissional management. I have a lot of pictures to support my opinion, if required. Every thing is bad Not clean noise I don't advise any one to Tay there. Because of reperation i could not rest.even on sunday morning at 9:30 drills were working.Balcony is full of construction dirt.Windows are extremely dirty.Hotel staff is very unfriendly.Room is very small.Definetely do not go to this hotel.
