Good location for city center and close enough that we could walk (but a long walk) to the Lavra and other sites overlooking the Dnipro.   I was very happy with the hotel. The apartman was clean, very pleasantly furnitured, well equipped. It even had a minibar, that I did really not expect in an apartman hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Locationwise the metro is just a short walk away, so everything accessible. It is close to Kievska Lavra, which is also a plus. I can only give a top mark for this hot - In summary - clean, well located, quiet and spacious. We arrived very early in the morning (6 am) and they allowed us in the room. Everybody from the staff was very kind. There was food and water in the fridge when we arrived, that was crucial since we were really tired and it was too early that shops weren't actually open.   I like the location and the view from the 12th floor. I like the friendliness of the Receptionists like Mrs. Ilona was so helpful, efficient and courteous.   This was my first time in Kiev and I was looking for a small apartment to avoid the extortionate hotel charges in the city. KIevinn is certainly the answer. It is 5 minutes walk from the main Independence Square. Prior to arrival I arranged a pick up from the airport which was still waiting even though the flight was over an hour late. Both the night time and day time sta - Like most reviews, great location for access to the city, there are also many hotel choices in the immediate vicinity, so I know I have many choices on my next visit, although I will probably stay in this hotel again, I had a 7 day stay in a suite with sauna,i never used the sauna, so will not go for such a room again, as the city is very active with many things to do, plenty of great restaurants in the area to, try the black pig at the top on the street, great food.
