The convenience of the location, being just minutes away from Stansted-London Airport. It was great not to be at a B/B since air travel usually starts early in the morning with no time for breakfast. Coffee in the room was perfect.

The transfer are ridiculous, telephone contacts couldn't understand a word I said. Other guests had waited for over an hour! Once I got there I was told I couldn't get a transfer back to the airport and that I had to pay for a taxi. Very messy organisation and not well informed on their website nor are their contact staff.
It was difficult to me to identify the hotel because the name on the web/booking was different than in the house door and than in transfer car.
Extremely difficult to find, especially in the dark. We had to go back and forth and go a nearby pub to call and try to find the exact location. The Lion and Lamb Pub was most helpful to help us communicate with the lodge staff which was unable to give proper direction or distance from any landmarks. Finally exhausted and frustrated we found it after a whole hour. Now that we know where it is we might use it again, because of its location and price.

Customer review from Mark Siddington on webpage mentions good substantial cooked breakfast, but told no breakfast not even continental, most annoyed. Light not working in mirror area in bathroom, no tea bags only coffee. Complete disaster.

Please call the hotel when you arrive at Stansted Airport. The pick up of guests from Stansted Airport is outside reception of the Radisson Blu Hotel. From the terminal, please follow left sign to Radisson Hotel. Please note that transfers are not available in the morning, but the guest house can arrange for a taxi on request. The shuttle service provided costs GBP 6 per person.
Please note during the Christmas and New Year period, transfers are limited:
Christmas: Airport transfers are not available from 18.00 on 24th December until 06.00 on 26th December.
New Year: Airport transfers are not available from 18.00 on 31st December until 06.00 on 1st January.
