top choice of breakfasts. The Manager, Darren was most helpful and friendly. the view was very good. Price. Breakfast. Its position overlooking the sea. The views were briliant. breakfast was good food and friendly sevice. Clean sheets, clean towels, good view of sea and a good breakfast. position of the hotel. The view. The only downside to this hotel is that they do not have rooms with two bedrooms for families. We would return to the hotel but on our own. N/A. The room could possibly have done with decorating, but was good sized for a single room. New manager, been there two months, your reviews do not reflect this, perhaps dates of holiday would help. Two many stairs. too far to walk from the town with small children, you really need your own tansport or to use the local open top bus service which can be quite costly. TV could have been better. parking was a bit of a problem not many parking spaces. No. The top floor. It made getting back to our room a trial. could have done with more "tabletop" space (kettle etc). Although referbishment has been done in recent time, perhaps the bedroom windows could have been looked at.A bit of corrosion and grime around the edges.the mattress was too soft. the sheets and towels were clearly washed and clean, but yet stained with e.g. makeup on the towel, or rusty stains on the cushion... There was no hot water from the sink tap throughout my stay.Family rooms are on the top floor which makes lugging loads of luggageup four flights of stairs a bit of a drag. It would not cost much to provide i.e. matching curtains and bedding, to make rooms more updated and attractive rather than old non-matching accessories - shower cubicle could have been better maintained, i.e. mould around the base. toilet seat was broken, wall lamp hanging off, small room. The room was a little on the small side.the shower and the breakfast were mediocre. small room. towels not changed in our three night stay even though they were wet.had to ask for a loo roll. No mirror for women to blow dry hair near to power point. the beds were never made, tea and coffee were never replenished, table cloths were dirty and never did get changed. Small room, run down feel, poor room service.
