really good service and clean place...excellent. all reviews »
comfortable bed.
Visiting my old home town, a beautiful market town. Lovely spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. Bathroom good too.
Traffic noise early in the morning but knowing that it was situated on London Road, traffic noise was not unexpected.
A minor point but the lighting was either too dim or too bright depending on which you used. A walllight or table lamp in the lounge would have been ideal.
would like breakfast or give info about local places to eat...we went over the road and breakfast finished serving at 10am so we missed it!.
no staff living in.
Traffic noise kept me awake a lot of the night - all windows not double glazed. Also windows had been left unlocked, which could potentially have been a problem in my OAP parents room on the ground floor had they not noticed. Would have liked to have the option of breakfast included.
