The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and the facilities better than most BandBs I have stayed in. Breakfast was very nice and there was a wide selection on offer. The BandB is close to the centre of town and was in a quiet street. It also represents fantastic value for money. The proprietors Stephen and Gemma made our stay so welcoming, and their sevice is excellent. Our room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfasts were yummy, we would definately book this hotel again.
all reviews » Everything was as described on the website, the owners, the room and the food were all excellant. The hotels position was convienient for all we wanted to do. Very amenable staff/owners and good value for money. Clean comfortable room in a good location. Just need to put muzzles on the seagulls at 4am!. It was welcoming clean and tidy and the owners are friendly and helpful the location is handy for all amenities and the off street parking good. Lovely owners and well run hotel, good facilities. Nothing ! Would definitely use this hotel again !!!. Not enough vegetarian choice on breakfast menu. I don't want to eat toms, beans and mushrooms! Important information to guests

3 days minimum booking for public holiday weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday), bookings for less than this will be cancelled. Parking is available at the front of the guesthouse. The car park is for guests of the Senarth only, and spaces are taken on a first-come, first-parked basis. If a guest is found smoking in their room we reserve the right to ask the guest to leave, and a defumigation charge of GBP 50 will be charged. No food is to be taken to the rooms under any circumstances. A table can be allocated in the dining room if possible. Additional charges will also be made for any damage caused to the room or any other part of the guest house. The guest shall be notified before any additional charges are made.

Travelling information

M6 jctn 20 Join m56. At the end of the m56 follow signs for a55 Llandudno. Come off a55 at jnct 19 signposted for Llandudno (not llandudno junction) follow a470 into Llandudno. Follow the high street (Mostyn Avenue) and turn left at hsbc (Floyd Street). Travel past Londis and the Fish and Chip Shop and turn right (Deganwy Avenue). We are on the left 50 yards down
