The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were very friendly and the facilities better than most BandBs I have stayed in. Breakfast was very nice and there was a wide selection on offer. The BandB is close to the centre of town and was in a quiet street. It also represents fantastic value for money. The proprietors Stephen and Gemma made our stay so welcoming, and their sevice is excellent. Our room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfasts were yummy, we would definately book this hotel again.

Very amenable staff/owners and good value for money. Clean comfortable room in a good location. Just need to put muzzles on the seagulls at 4am!. It was welcoming clean and tidy and the owners are friendly and helpful the location is handy for all amenities and the off street parking good. Lovely owners and well run hotel, good facilities. Close to shops and sea front. off street parking. A pleasant place to stay. relaxing. Excelent room and facilities. Excelent breakfast. Very homely.The Hosts were vey freindly and could not could not to more for us. We fully enjoyed our stay, the room was wonderful, breakfasts were great and we would love to go there again. The hotel is in a quiet position but yet minutes away from the centre, beach, pier and the foot of the Great Orme. Very recommendable. The couple who run the guest house are lovely, very welcoming and were always on hand if we had any problems. The bedroom and bathroom was very nice and the breakfast was lovely too. We really enjoyed are time spent at the senarth!. The hotel is ideally placed in a central but quiet location. Shops, pub, restaurants, sea front/prom, train station and Orme all in walking distance. Hotel is very clean, nice rooms and friendly staff. The four poster bed was very comfortable. The staff were very freindly and the hotel was central.friendly staff, near to town, lovely breakfast and the place had a cheap bar!. There was nothing that we did not like about this hotel, we had a very pleasant stay. no complaints whatsoever. The only disadvantage of the room was no air condition or fans and it was very warm. Nothing ! Would definitely use this hotel again !!!. Not enough vegetarian choice on breakfast menu. I don't want to eat toms, beans and mushrooms!
