The staff were very friendly and very willing to help in every way. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. The Hopper shuttle service was very convenient and punctual and had us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport. Absolutely great place, and ideal for vegetarians. Great selection of food and wine, bed was comfortable and good size room. Staff quick to respond if needed.

Our booking was last minute due to the snow and the delay of our flight to South Africa. The booking was made in SA on line whilst we were on the road. Hard to find Premier Inn access from road junction.The location is a bit out of reach, but still a fair number of options to get there. We had to have the window open during the night to provide fresh air and we found the outside road noise was disturbing. A means of providing fresh air to the room without allowing outside noise should be found.There was no free transportation to and from the airport. Too hard to get to anywhere besides Heathrow without the car, and this was expensive. Would like 2 comfortable chairs in the room. Would like bar of soap rather than liquid dispenser. Would like small wash cloths to wash face. Would like free use of computer. Better provision for smokers (within the law0,of which there were many when we stayed.No drawers in the room. If you can supply a small microwave oven to a family room it is better( worm up feeding bottles etc). Residents should be given free parking facilities.Heating unresponsive. unable to leave car at the hotel. The bar closed too early at 11pm and it was not possible to get any refreshment when we returned at midnight. Also there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in our corridor but the receptionist took no action to identify and resolve this breach of law. Having to pay extra to park car.Lack of local transport within easy reach of hotel. No one told us it was this far away from the airport and that it would cost £4 each way for the shuttle which comes only every 40 minutes. Being a hotel near an international airport we would have thought there would be the ability to change money but there wasn't so this cost us an extra £8 to go back to the airport and exchange money. This should be noted on reservation. I sent an email yesterday advising of my dissatisfaction.Aircon very loud, Motorway very loud, windows need triple glazing. Lack of information as it's location. Yes the name was incorrect and although i rang and they said they would change it when i got to the hotel it was still in the wrong name. We were charged for parking at the hotel which we were unaware of when we made the booking.Price of parking not at all clear when booking made. to late to make other arrangments had to pay!. Restaurant staff were very inpolite and ignorant. After the food was served the waiter disappeared. We had to get up and look for the waiter. We ended up paying at the bar. They also acted very irresponsibly during the breakfast. They have a grab and go breakfast option which we chose. They later told us that we were not supposed to sit at the table if we picked this option.Staff quite indifferent in service attitude. Don't try the steak at the hotel restaurant. No free wireless internet. The room was very cold when we arrived and the bed was very noisy when laying on it. small outdated rooms.
