This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again found the staff very friendly. Room was basically comfortable and very clean. Location is excellent, bearing in mind that there is the Hopper bus service every 20 minutes or so to terminals 1, 2 and 3. The room was very comfortable and quiet...something I needed after a long day of travel. Also, the dinning room food was very good quality and price...both for dinner and breakfast with very congenail staff!. all reviews »
It was very peaceful, surprisingly so and the bus service to and from Heathrow was very efficient. The room was comfortable and very clean.The staff were helpful and friendly. very nice room, small but just what we needed for our short one night stay. Bus picked us up right in front of the hotel in the am. A clean tidy hotel with friendly staff, good bar, restaurant and car park. Perfect for my extended business trip in West London. The cleanliness and efficiency of the room, the excellent dinner buffet at a reasonable price, and the courtesy of the staff.Very helpfull staff, The room was excelent for our purpose of overnight stay before an early morning flight from Terminal 4. I was told that I had to take breakfast before 6.30am as only cooked was served after this. I cannot eat cookd in the morning.a smell of moth balls in our room. too strong smell in the bathroom.This is a budget hotel, so most of the complaints of others I dismiss as being totally unfair, but there were a few very minor points. At dinner there was nobody who could tell us what constituted a "starter" at the buffet, and the waitress was confused because the wine bottle had a screw cap (small lapses in training). The car parking could not be charged to a credit card, except via reception. The location of my room meant that it was facing the end of one runway and was therefore very noisy during flight times. Staff in the restaurant at breakfast appeared to have trouble in keeping up with demand.no Smoking rooms available. delay in checking in. Restaurant menu, did forward a complaint accordingly.
