Thr room was exactly okay for myself,wife and (hree kids, staff attitude was good and always welcoming. Cleanliness was good and good parking space with provision for evening hangout Close to food centres like kfc and Shopping centres like asda and Romford with good access to a close bus station. Friendly greeting from reception staff who offered to print out a map for us to find a nearby venue for a wedding reception we were attending. Clean comfortable room and surprisingly quiet given that we were next to the main road.

The staff at the reception desk were superb, the environment was lovely, clean, beautiful etc. will always choose here again and recommend it to all my friends and family members. All staff very friendly. Reception staff opened door to lift access without being asked. Housekeeping staff very quiet and cheerily said 'good morning'. Everyone made us feel very welcome and special. Excellent staff at the hotel and the adjacent Brewers Fayre. Very comfortable bed, and good sound insulation. You simply would not know that you were next to a busy road. a/c altough came home feeling a little drowsy,firm mattress,all of which should be expected of a 6 month old accomadation,breakfast at adjoining brewery fayre a must. Good location if you want to visit the City. Brewers Farye next door is a bonus, not too expensive and food was good. The hotel being new, was very clean and my room as quite as requested. Location is perfect and security excellent. The staff here, like in every premier inn I have been too was extremely friendly, helpful and positive!!. The friendliness of the staff,if you wanted anything they did their best to get it for you.. Overall hotel is nice, and the desk staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean. The actual mattress on the bed was not comfortable at all , the bed at sight looks luxurious but sleeping on the mattress , I could feel the spring inside of it and I woke up with back ache. The only place to eat was the adjacent Brewers Fayre, which was very noisy, crowded, and had children's birthday parties most evenings. OK for one night, but not ideal for a stay of a few nights. No Comment. Address does not match with satnav(tomtom) location. I ended up in an industrial area where a Good Samaritan directed me. 38 New Road rather fits exact location. Nothing. It takes time for a cooked breakfast, service is slow. £8.25 a person for breakfast local cafe was £3 !!. shower could do with a grab rail. We were on the ground floor and if anyone was in the room above, the banging on the ceiling and the rattling light fittings woke us up. It was like torture at 2am. We stayed in 1 day as it was raining and the banging was terrible so we got the lady on the desk to go upstairs and have a look and it was the cleaner walking about. Maybe they should have built the floors in concrete?. Inadequate car park security. no drawers for underwear. Car park is not as secure as it should be. No telephone or intercoms in the rooms. N/a. Nothing as such. Unable to open window. There is no phone in the rooms, one would have to go to reception for any requirements. The Weather. pretty noisy. The Inn needs kitchennete in every floor equiped with microwaves for the use of lodgers. Intercom should be installed in the rooms to enable lodgers reach the reception at all times. There were no shaver points in the room/bathroom!. Dagenham. Breakfast was cold. We had a family room and a double room but in the family room there were not enough towels or pillows so had to request more - extra pillows not available as hotel full. Size of family room small compared to others we have stayed in at a lesser cost. noisey room aked for top floor but they had not been cleaned so later had a head of elephants running around above us all night. Windows that don't open. No film to pay and watch. TV very small.
