The staff were extremely accommodating when we discovered that the room

Personal attention, and it provided everything we needed. There was amazing assistance when my wife didn't have a shower cap and they produced one in about a minute.
We loved it and want to return next year.
The atmosphere was inviting and the staff was very helpful. The bed was
extremely comfortable. Parking location on the street was only 9.50 for
24hrs. Food took some time to arrive but was tasty.

Nothing - all was excellent.
Shower was a bit small and the shower head wasn't powerful
enough for me.
Bathroom was rather small, otherwise nothing.
The standard room we stayed in was very 'compact & bijoux' with very little hanging or storage space. Fine for a couple of days but any longer, or for people wanting to swing cats, not so good!.
Breakfast was a little slow in arriving, wouldn't normally be a problem but we needed to rush. However, easily resolved by letting them know if you're in a hurry in advance - very small point as overall, excellent.
Not being able to park in the same road of the hotel though in fairness we were able to park nearby with a voucher from the hotel.
