How the staff assisted me and my family to get the right room which i thought i had booked,The staff at the hotel found me a family room this helped me and my family relax and enjoy the rest of our journey. Only stayed for the one night but wished it was more, very comfortable bed in a large quiet non-stuffy room with none of the banging doors and voices of other guests to disturb a good nights rest. Perfect.
all reviews » Is the best hotel I have stayed with my wife that we really ready enjoy, we relaxed completely and slept like a baby, my wife felt like a princess.infact we start to plan for another trip. Staff were very friendly,very helpful,breakfast was good,restaurant next door was great and helpful,room was great suited our purpose .would stay there again . The warm welcome from the friendly and helpful staff, the spacious rooms and the excellent breakfast. We also had a very good meal at the restaurant nearby. The atmosphere was very friendly and the staff were most helpful all lovely and very sincere. All but staff were helpful and welcoming Please tell them what a good job they are doing. Good location close to motorway, quiet, nice surroundings, great parking facilities. The spacious rooms, nice bathroom, how quiet it is and quality of the breakfast. The staff's were very polite and this makes my stay an enjoyable one. Every member of staff I encountered were very friendly and attentive. The discription of the accomodation I received from letsbookhotel.com stated it was an 'air conditioned' room. It wasn't an air conditioned room..it had a desk top fan..the windows were restricted for safety so only opened approx 4 inches, let's just say it was extreamly warm and stuffy. The position of the smoke alarm, directly over the bed, means that you are treated to a laser show..as the intermitant red flashing light did its thing, not so noticable during daylight hours but once you turn . Large comfortable room. Clean. Friendly staff Location from town. The hotel was clean and the 'view was good'. the hotel was clean the staff made u welcome. Nice staff and great breakfast. How the staff that assisted me and my family,was blamed for the booking being incorrect. The only thing I could criticise is we only had a small t.v that's just been a bit picky. There was nothing I did not like. The room was too hot and I couldn't find a way to cool it down. Long wait of 45 minutes for breakfast to arrive after ordering! The breakfast was excellent but most people want to be away and not sat waiting in a restaurant. Our room stated it was air conditioned but on our stay the room was unbearably hot, the window open made no difference and the fan just blew hot air. It was uncomfortable to sleep due to the heat. Need to have Flat screen TV's like every other hotel / motel we have stayed in so far. Even at the current Premier Inn in Watford they have up to date flat screen tv facilities. pillows really bad no air con in room pricey breakfast very old fashion tv. no negatives. nothing. For a single person, the price is slowly getting dearer. Cold evening when stayed and heating kept resetting to its lowest setting. a more up to date tv would be welcome. Very hot room - that had the window left shut. Would have been helpful if housekeeping had left it open. i think the hot breakfast implies its an all you can eat type of thing when actually its not (or at least its not what i was offered). staff completely rigid on check-in we arrived at 13:40 and staff would not check if any room was available. No air conditioning in the room, we had use a small electric fan, opened the windows at night and heard noisy traffic, didn't get much sleep. No leisure facilities. TV's in room need upgrading. The double bed in room 224 was very hard and uncomfortable, hence, did not sleep well for 2 nights. couldnt sleep on the bed as it was too hard. It's a littlbe bit far from town center.
