was vert freindly and convinient to wher i was working. we have used this hotel before and it is well priced and with good access for leeds, bradford and huddersfield.Easy to find, staff v helpful, bed v comfy, overall a v restful experience - will stay there again and recommend to friends - good value for money hotel. Website pricing excellent. the friendliness of the staff. nothing too much trouble.

Staff pleasant and helpful.There was nothing to like, but it was practical. it can get busy if you leave before 9am week days. It can only be accessed going eastbound on the motorway. The window frames cleanliness left a lot to be desired. the only thing i can say is that the room did smell abit fusty from either stale smoke or being shut up alday. It did not say on the web site that it was only a continental breakfast that was included. but if you pay an extra £2 you can have a full breakfast but you have to pay for the drinks extra, but really it is a bit silly it should be all in with the £2 extra.Slightly uncomfortable bed,. Tv reception was very poor, which was disappointing but satellitereception was ok. Paintwork in room a bit worn. No soap.Lack of guidance to the hotel on entering site. Needs a `bed` sign along with `fuel` notices etc .Rooms would benefit from a `how to use` leaflet for soap dispensers and shower operation. No - I thought that I might hear a lot of traffic as it was a motorway service motel, but was pleasantly surprised - just hear the odd lorry in the morning.the smell of smoke in stairwell and corridors. no key available as had been taken by previous occupant so had to be let in and out. Free parking is great but would be good to receive the permit in advance so you dont have to go back out to the car once you have checked in. The room needed a bit of TLC, it looked quite tired, especially the bathroom, still good value for money though. Rooms basic, generally clean but a little worn and tired. The situation - having to go onto the motorway to get there. And, having to go in the wrong direction when leaving the hotel. No bar, no restaurant and a very limited menu at the welcome break next door.very dusty room and trampolines beds. i had to beg for an iron, even though i telephoned before hand to confirm there would be one available.
