This peaceful Georgian house is set on a 300-acre farm overlooking the Cheshire Plains. Bedrooms have Victorian beds and antique furniture. Domvilles Farm is about 3 minutes' drive from junction 16 of the M6 motorway.
There is free Wi-Fi throughout the guest house, and also a separate guest lounge and dining room. Pub food is available in Barthomley village.
All bedrooms have a Victorian four-poster or a two-poster bed. Rooms have a traditional style and come with a TV and tea/coffee facilities.
Alton Towers Theme Park is about 35 minutes' drive away. Keele University is about 20 minutes' drive away. The city of Chester can be reached in about 1 hour.

Wow is all we can say we stayed in the pig sty lot's of space very comfortable nothing was to much trouble even down to the basket of logs for the fire,The breakfast was soon nice and plentiful it kept us going till well into the afternoon Eileen was fantastic and couldn't do enough only down side was we had to leave.
we was in a bungalow which had everything in it,for a family,fully fitted kitchkitchen.washer also.was very cold when we got there until heating was put on,then got nice and warm.bed was very comfortable.all in all if it was in summer time,would be very nice indeed.all reviews »
Stayed in the 'pigsty'. Well appointed room with kitchen and
nice living area with fireplace to sit in. Very friendly and welcoming.
A going concern farm, very fresh milk! Had a great meal and drink at the
local pubs.
I liked everything! I had a lovely room and was able to use the separate kitchen, sitting room and conservatory which was an unexpected bonus. Great breakfast with delicious sausages.

The Owner was very attentive to our needs......even down to a hot water bottle as it was really cold when we got there. The cooked breakfast was excellent too.

It was interesting, very rural and different, loved it.
nothing not to like.
the sat nav didn't take you right to the farm,and the very narrow roads not very good to get to the farm,if anything came the other way,you had to back up a very long way.and so muddy.

The M6 is very close by; noticeable when outside but not an issue in the room; can't be heard at all.
A bit remote and difficult to find-some signposts placed earlier in the village might help.
