The staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, you can walk to everything in the town and easily explore some wonderful cave areas on foot. friendly staff, central position in urgup. Room was very cramped!. When I made the booking I asked for airport pick-up and confirmation that they would - no reply. I emailed directly to the hotel a week before going with the same question - again no reply. Finally had my hotel in Istanbul call the day before I was supposed to arrive at the Kayseri airport to ensure someone would be there to transport me to the hotel. Would be nice if they answered their email.
