Somewhat difficult to locate (a different, unaffiliated hotel is also in Pendik, under a very similar name). A car is much easier for convenience. Comfortable, clean, very reasonable price. Good if you are travelling on business in Pendik / Tuzla area. Not much tourist stuff around nearby. * Location is close to Sabiha, around 10 km (closer than many others in the Asian side of Stambool). * Price is reasonable in terms of the service provided. * Staff is English capable, welcoming and helpful. * The rooms overlook the sea shore and the view is nice.
all reviews » Friendly staff, renovated rooms, nice view to the sea/harbour or a nice garden, nice terrace, comfortable room with nice balcony, breakfast was good, very quiet place (particularly by night). Excellent for travellers, that come from or go to Sabiha Gökcen. The situation right at the industrial port is interesting. You can watch the ships from the terrace of the hotel. The hotel management is good, and the manager is a friendly and helpful person, he gave us a ride to the airport bus stop in his private car. What we were looking for was a hotel close to the airport Sabiha Gökçen. It was only 5-10 minutes from the airport and the taxi got around 25 TL. Breakfast was okay in the hotel amd for dinner we went to the Pendik Marine where we could have a nice meal. Good facilities including air conditioning for money. Fairly close to Sabiha Gökçen airport. 24 hour reception who even managed to cook simple snack when I arrived late. Helpful staff. Waterfront location. The room was more little than what was described at my reservation. The neighborhood is below the level of the hotel. for citytrips maybe to far away from the hotspots, difficult to find (because of some constuction works). Currently it is difficult to reach the hotel by foot because of railway and road construction works. No problem if you have a car. Pendik bus stops (Istanbul-Bostanci-Kadiköy, Sabiha Gökçen airport) are within a walking distance of 15 - 20 minutes, but the way presently is quite dirty because of the trucks. The location wasnt perfect, you should just stay here if you really want to be close to the airport. Hotel is in an industrial area and was a little hard to find, OK with GPS coordinates. There is no place to eat near the hotel, so you must eat at the hotel restaurant: they will give you a very poor food compared to how much it costs! It is just a hotel near to the airport. Wherever you would like to go, you need a taxi. Very difficoult to find it from the airport! Cannot reach Istanbul center from this hotel, so don't choose this hotel to visit Istanbul. A bit far out to walk to centre although lovely shopping mall 10mins walk and a good and very cheap bus service. Difficult to locate. Tell taxi drivers near Neomarin mall or have them call reception. This part of Istanbul is far from tourist attractions. Was there on business so look at neighborhood where you need to be. The hotel is located far from places to visit, the only thing to do near the hotel is going to the shopping malls which are located close to the hotel. nothing. Furniture in the hotel can be renovated. Espresso to be added to the breakfast would be nice. The communication is a little hard if you don't speak turkish but if you're curious and open-minded it's the right occasion to learn a couple of sentences. The breakfast didn't match my taste. No comments. Room is small and the balcony is French type. Though its on the seaside, u don't feel like it because of the endustrial neighbrhood. Too far from shops or sightseeing.
