The key hotel is the best hotel i have stayed at. I went with my.wife for a sightseeing trip for one night, we only wished it was for longer. The staff were wonderful, nothing was to much trouble, the room was amazing, very high tec which may not suit everyone and with milton brown bath products and a rain shower the bathroom was brilliant. We decided to have dinner their in the hope the food was as good as the room and we were not let down, the food was stunning. All this washed down with som.

Staff are all very helpful and welcoming, room was spotless, with Molton Brown in the bathroom. Didn't get a chance to use the restaurant, but it has a fab location. The location really couldn't be better, we had a sea view room - definitely worth it!. The hotel was very modern and the 'standard' room was far from 'standard'...it certainly had the 'wow' factor. We dined in the restaurant in the evening and the whole experience was exceptional. All the staff could not do enough for us. If we visit Izmir in the future we will definitely return for a visit. The interior center features the original skylight dome of the former central bank divided in four parts. This is very center of the city on the waterfront. The rooms are remarkable for their design featuring a wide range of views and lighting. Other reviews are accurate about the high level of service. I have been traveling for over 25 years 6 months a year . In all my traveling this is one of the best boutique hotel I have stayed,I would highly recommend this hotel to any one. Izmir itself is not an attractive city - perfectly functional but rather souless. Huge amount of traffic and very little green space. None. Nothing.... All okkkkk. No special local food(cheses,partries etc) in breakfast. Bathroom design is good but leaking to floor. Severity of colour schemes in the decor and lacks ambiance. Breakfast looked poor by Turkish standarts. The cost of the room is on the higher side for a boutique hotel. This is a hotel geared for those who are comfortable with technology. Lots of gadgets and doodads to operate which could be confusing and frustrating if you just want to turn on the lights or open the shades. Too many mirrors. We didn't want to look at ourselves all the time! The reason we didn't stay is that the room felt too enclosed; we felt claustrophobic. We really wanted a balcony--something the hotel doesn't have. nothing for me as good as it gets. Wish they had a pool and a spa. overpriced breakfast. It doesn't have SPA and the swimming pool with hammam. There are not berries and salmon with Champain on breakfast. The mini bar doesn't include foreign beverages and alcohol drinks. breafast was not as expeceted to be from 5 star hotel, black color was covering almost every corner of the hotel which doesn't make you feel well. To close the glass elevator door completely sometimes you have to press the button for a long time. Although the windows is already soundproof, there are still some noise from the road. But still it is acceptable to us. nothing indeed. The breakfast could be better. I had a room opposite side of the sea, on the road. And this was quite noicy due to proximity of traffic. I suggest opting for seaside rooms to avoid this inconvenience.
