I liked the location, the personnel was kind and responsive, the breakfast was good, the room was very big.

The walls are incredibly thin, so you can basically hear everything in the next rooms. The shower could use more pressure.

•Competitive hotel rate received through LetsBookHotel.com •The hotel has a strategic location, in the heart of Istanbul. •Staying close to all necessary resources; restaurants, shopping, etc.

Service level: when I request simple service, my request is not fulfilled, services have to be requested repeatedly (at least four/five times), till you find an ear to listen to your request. Communication difficulty: English proficiency of the staff is poor, which make it very difficult to communicate properly.

The loby isn't nicely for four stars hotel.But breakfeast is good.The room is nice and comfortable.

the staff are kind and welling to accomodate our requests within their appility especially the housekeeping. the breakfast was excellent too.

1st, I had to change my tow rooms booking to a suit since they did not have interconnecting doors between the rooms. they were kind to provide extra beds with no charges. 2nd, my booking was made by Euro but at the check out they only accepted TL using the hotel exchange rate. I did not argue a lot since I had to run to the airport.

Excellent location, traditional Turkish breakfast.

Although temperature outside was 6'C at night I had to sleep with the A/C and no bed clothes as the room was waaaay to hot!

The hotel is well located and has a nice gym and spa. One side of the hotel also has a great view over the city (ask for 9th or 10th floor rooms).

On paying by credit card I was charged in Turkish Lira while my letsbookhotel.com reservation was in Euro. Due to teh exchange rate applied my room turned out mores expensive than expected but credit card payment in Euro was impossible.

I stayed in the Green Park last March and since then it has really gonedownhill. Expensive for what you get in return. It needs to berenovated.
