The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful. I have been to many 5 stars hotel but they were simply the best team. The location is very close to Taksim square. Breakfast was also good. Hotel and rooms are generally clean. My room was upgraded without any extra charges. I realy enjoyed my stay at Faros Hotel-Taksim,all the staff were very helpful and friendly during my stay there. The food (breakfast) was fantastic,with a large variety of tasty choices.I would highly recommend it,without any doubt !.

The hotel is very small, the rooms are even smaller that you cant move freely and the scene from the window of my room(303) was very scary until they upgraded my room to the roof (801). The elevator can fit max of 3 adults and the photo presented in the letsbookhotel.com was for the restaurant and not the actual hotel since the hotel building is an old one. nothing at all. There is no restaurant for dinner inside the hotel. But you can get 10% discount in the Faros Restaurant on the opposite side of the tunnel. Nothing. Small rooms. none. Some rooms are very very small (like 303). Try to avoid these rooms. This hotel is anti gay and anti American. Very unfriendly staff who lies and treats guest unequally. I would never stay here again. Checkin took over an hour, was not given the type of room requested. I had an issue with management during my stay and they lied to me and refused to refund me for additional nights. I am currently having to raise a dispute with my credit card company. Do not book this hotel. what letsbookhotel.com has as photos of the hotel and the hotel itself have nothing to do with each other totally different places the pictures are the restaurants different locations very misleading.
