Nice location, street full of little shops and bars and restaurants, and also close to beautiful Gullhane park and major sightseeing places of Sultanahmet. Tram line station is very near and with that line it is quite easy to manage your way around the city. Staff was always nice and ready to help or just have a small chat. Room was nicely furnished and equipped. Cleaned daily. It was a great deal on Booking. Value for money was just right.

Good breakfast. Location was excellent, middle of everything. If you really want to have a superb holidays in Istanbul, specially when you want to visit the old and historical city of Istanbul then you should pick this Hotel. Value of money and middle of everything. I had a great time here, the staff were very helpful and faultless. The room they gave me on first day has the bath room very stinky but they changed my room next day. And the other was better.Room sizes were small but comparing prices it was a good deal. I'm going to miss my daily wrestle with the shower door. Safe was on the small side. First floor room was very noisy, I could here everything that was going on in reception. Room on 4th floor was perfect. The guy who used silicone in bathroom had probably no idea what he was doing. small rooms. Room was really small but it's ok for me. But Breakfast was so so bad. Tramway Noise. food. it is too small. The hotel needs some renovation, breakfast wasn't too tasty, but when you come to hotel just for rest, it doesn't matter much. And the line of tram #1 passes right near this hotel, so who doesn't like noise shoud take it into account as well as a noisy restaurant next door. Dirtiness in guest room, . Badly maintained living areas. Cleaning staff could do their work much better. Very noisy vent in bathroom. The wifi connection should be much stronger, especially if it is for professional purposes. The first room they gave me had a leaking air conditioner. They moved me to a different room that night but had various problems with key and I had to wait. The younger staff was very friendly and helpful but the owner was a bit rude and unhelpful, like he didn't really like tourists. In reality, you should be extra helpful when stuff goes wrong. 2 days without hot water, tram under the windows, not enough food for breakfast. Front desk clerk is a real "wise guy" who likes to make fun of his guests. Overcharged for airport transfer, was then put off when a credit card produced vs cash - said it delayed his commission. Be advised hotel sits on a corner of Nobetani Cd despite confusing directions on the website. No plugs in the room for laptops, etc. No hot water for two days. Room too small. Poor breakfast. I did not like the smell of the cigarette comes from outside even when the windows are closed. There so much noises in the street day and night. The water stopped suddenly and no other emergency water supplied by the hotel. Toilet wasn't cleaned properly (toilet paper left in the garbage can) - manager tried to deny it. Air conditionning stopped working in the middle of the night. Tv didn't work. Room 502 was extremly noisy starting at 7am because of proximity to the breakfast. Shower door didn't slide open.
