Great location. The tram station just round the corner. 10 minutes walking to all main sightseeing. The room is rather small, especially bathroom, but it didn't cause any problems for us. The room has all necessary equipment - hair dryer, air conditioning, TV set, refrigerator. We stayed there 3 nights and cleaning was every day. Hotel provides shuttle servise to airports at price 5 euro per person. Basic breakfast , but it is typical for most of Istanbul hotels.

Nice and cozy hotel within few minutes walking distance to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Basilica Cistern as well as New Mosque, Spice Bazaar and Galata bridge on the other side. Few meters from Gülhane tram station and Topkapi palace. Free wi-fi, clean and air conditioned room, clean bathroom and breakfast included for the reasonable price. Pleasant and helpfull reception personnel ! I highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent - very close to many tourist sights in Istanbul. The staff is friendly and helpful, and you can easily communicate with them in English. The rooms are small, but clean. It is a bit noisy from the cafes bellow, but it is not traffic noise, so it is bearable. However, for a sightseeing stay in istanbul, I would highly recommend this hotel. I loved the staff! The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the main attractions of the city and there is a lot of restaurants and shops on the surrenders. The hotel was very centrally located and one could simply hop across to see the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Museum etc. We were in the 203 room and it had really small bathroom. Bathing cabin was the size of a post stamp :) For me being two meters tall it was like playing tetris to pack into the cabin :) However this is more funny than a real problem, as everything else about hotel compensated this minor issue. No parking site - I would not recommend it if you go by car. The bathroom is a little bit small but useful. the one thing i didn't like was the thin walls in the hotel because you can literally hear people in the room next to yours. we were staying next to a family with kids and we had to wait until they go to sleep so we can go to sleep to. Rooms and bathrooms are a bit small. Nothing. The bathroom is too small, as stated by other reviewers. However, based on the room's rate, we are happy with this hotel. The lobby and bar area was dark and not so inviting. No international channels on TV and very bad TV connection. In an international city as Istanbul, just turkish channels seem strange. Bathroom is missing some comfort: shower cap, shampoo... a little spartiat. The rooms face on to the busy street, so it's quite bright during the night. I closed the windows for noise, which was remarkably quiet - but there was a moldy smell to the room until the a/c kicked in. The shower doors in the bathroom leaked water and the breakfast was poor. Wall carpets are too old, and the sheets need a change. The rooms could be cleaner. Weak WiFi signal, and they don't provide cups or glass to drinks or brush your teeth. A little bit noisy because of very thin walls... But, if you have a pair of ear plugs (as I always do) it's ok :). May be not enough big room. Thin walls. Day time counter staff was little harsh in his attitude when I enquired about the manager, he said, "I don't know, he would be somewhere" in a harsh way. There must be politeness in his attitude as they represent a service industry. However, I appreciate behaviour of night counter staff. Floor was not clean(dusty) in the rooms. no toiletries, a bit old shower stuff, no ventilation in bathroom. The room was very small. Very small shower. Stayed for one night, so I can not tell. No complaints what so ever. Rooms faced streets so some street noise at night. poor wifi signal not issuing payment receipts. Nothing. The bathroom very small and uncomfortable + room are so small too. Small room. Bathroom needs some manteinance. the staff is not very kind,. toilets. No services at all. Ersu hotel needs a full renovation. While you are there you have a sensation of dirty. Probably is not so dirty as it seems, but should be painted and a lot od things should be renovated (rusty stuff, stains on the walls,...) Double bed is small Breakfast pour. The rooms size is very small, so much so that it was almost difficult to even click a complete picture of room. The length of the room finished before the start.
