Loved the relaxed lay back atmosphere. The beach was beautiful for swimming. Beautiful outdoor dinning on beach evenings, amazing. Staff were exceptionally friendly. The resort arranged a long tail boat trip around islands,.snorkaling.etc Would rate as one of the best all around holiday destinations as this resort is more secluded than others. One word - location. On the northern part of Phi Phi gave a sense of privacy and isolation. Perfect for relaxation and escaping the crowds. Staff were very helpful with all our requests, helped with boat trips and dining options. Enough restaurants along the stretch to keep you busy for a few nights.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn next door and wanted to stay one more night on the beach there, so we took the Erawan, which is still a killer location at a much cheaper price. Breakfast was good. This resort was a perfect retreat for total relaxation. The room was beautifully scented and well equipped and it's location on the beach was great. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the diving centre next door. Welcoming with a great cocktail!! what else?? Staff were so nice and gentle. The location of the hostel is just amazing, if you are looking for a relaxing place out of Tonsai noise this is the place to be!. We spent 2 satisfactory nights here. What more can you ask for paradise? Just sitting on a table dining in beach and enjoying the magnificent view, it's so relaxing that you feel you have nothing to ask. All the staff provided excellent customer service. They were very friendly and polite. The location is fantastic. Perfect for sunrise and sunset viewing. Welcome drink upon arrival. Big room. its a nice place if u are looking for remote paradise expirience and if all u care about is having beach at ur door, palms over ur head and rather peaceful and quiet surrundings. Everything was great. Few things to improve for Erawan, yet when you are on the island, who cares about a shower door that needs repair). The location is perfect, the best beach in Phi Phi, and the facilities are good, you have almost everything just a few steps away. Excellent staff, amazing beach and a very quiet area in Phi Phi. Great beach and quiet location. Location loation............ Could not find anything which we did not like. Nothing really but if you can stretch your budget, would recommend getting a deluxe room, Standard room needed a bit of refurbishing in the bathroom. Not the cleanest place ever, but very decent. Their part of the beach is unshaded but we just went over to the Holiday Inn's part of the beach anyway. Don't miss their boat shuttles - it will cost around 1000 baht to get there from the pier... Free wifi in the rooms would have been good. ... but if u are a group of young friends dont make my mistake - keep in mind that this resort is far from tonsai and only way to get there is by ferry (reasonable price but goes twice a day or so) or by longboat (quie expensive). also the food at local restaurant was actually the worst I tried in Thailand last thing I didnt like is wifi working only at lobby and 'working' was rare occurance if there were few people trying to surf the web at the same time. The water in the pool was too cold and the staff from the reception could speak a bit more english. Very slow wifi service - at times. Not the most luxurious resort. The rooms were very comfortable. Any concerns were addressed by staff immediately. All was great. salty water. The service in the bar and restaurant was very poor and the qaulity not good either. Next to the hotel is a small gypsy camp and they throw and leave all their rubbish on the beach which spoils the whole área.The pool and garden área was not well maintained. Rooms need some maintenance. Hotel facilities could have some improvement. Food service in the restuant was very poor thiland is a country has full of furites and vegetables they should even charge more and give better food people come on vacation to enjoy food and nice clearn rooms and great places so they need to improve the quality of the food asap.
