Great location slap-bang in the middle of the seediest part of Pattaya. Modern, classy rooms with really comfy beds. Just seconds away from anything you need (shops, pharmacy, massage, banks etc.) Gym, sauna, bar, nightclub and restaurant on-site. this hotel service is very good ,the people's is very nice and good to talking,is near the walking street 5 min,in the boys town,near family market and 7-11,name:Q ,he is very good to service to me .thank you for this hotel to make me very happy!.

Spacious room, ok beds, large bathroom, wifi, 1 free drink at bar close to food, shopping and beach. Class to what is happening. Excellent staff and management. Knew you as a person, sent flowers to a friend on this birthday, just an example of the personal touch! Helped me connect to Wi-Fi. I have used the Ambiance Hotel many times and consider it my home away from home. The staff, location, price and comfort are hard to match anywhere. Ambiance hotel is good deal as far as money is concerned. Hotel is very near to beach and walking street.. Staff is excellent...rooms are clean. The street can't exactly be described as peaceful, especially at night... that said, the rooms have great soundproofing. The food and drinks are not cheap. Err... that's it!. No free breakfast taxis did not know where it was located and got lost old tv set. I can not honestly think of anything. I will return. Beware hotel is in boyztown so good for gays others have to decide...there is also noise in the street till late night. Personal codes on room safes do not work. Must use key which is turned in with room key when you go out. But, nothing went missing. Nothing. Window facing a wall. room ceiling was too low. Very noisy at night time.... Room window looked straight into a wall...but minor issue. The difficulty in obtaining hotel. Location good-central but music on till late- around 2pm. Pedal waste- bins are annoying!!. -we checked in at about 2pm. they gave us a room that had yet to clean. used shampoo bottles in the shower, unchanged bed sheets and pillow with blood on it. receptionists do not speak much english. the location very bad. - Noisy, not good for romance - In the hart of Boyz town- gay area, not good for family. loud n noicy. not flexubel to customer need. Bad.
