This was the 3rd hotel of 9 we stayed in during a round trip of Thailand, and we found it to be all we had expected. It is right on the beach front, and there are plenty bars, restaurants & nightlife all around. You can access anywhere in Pattaya for 20 Bhat in the plentifull Bhat buses, so getting around is not a problem. The breakfast buffet was quite varied, and plentifull, we did not use the restaurant as plenty good, cheap places to eat all around.
all reviews » It is located near the beach, Tiffany and Alcazar are less than 10 minutes walk away. Several tour agents are available just just near the hotel. Good view from my windows of the sea. Breakfast is very good with many choices to choose from. Will stay there again next visit. fast response if we complain about something the staff was really nice and give us lots of information about some attractions nearby they speak good english perfect location because we can reach lots of interesting places by walking. New and modern design, reasonable size room. We had a room to the south side of the building, which was quiet, because there are no bars on that side. We had a 'room only deal' and cannot comment on other services. My stay was in the chic tower the new building. The hotel room was remarkable loved the space comfort and the way the bathroom window could view into the bedroom. The staff was very courteous. Had trouble with air con, but was upgraded to another room. View was fantastic, ocean view and night lights. Central and walking distance to all shopping, dining and night life. Superior. Room book. On booking. On arrival. No room. So got free upgrade. To suite. Result. Welcome. Drink. Nice pool. Good range at breakfast. I like hotel. Everything about the hotel technically was good, clean spacious, well designed, great staff, I booked for 8 days but left after a day, see negative comments following. Fantastic rooms, Emporer sized beds are amazing. Great location for the beech and resteraunts etc. Reception staff really friendly and very helpful. The staff were very helpful and polite, went out of their way to help you. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Pool facilities very good. We are return customers. The money we paid does not worth at all. this hotle should be 3 stars hotle not four. Nothing to fault. Nothing. It was impossible to take a shower with a stable water temperature. The hot/cold cycle changed within seconds. The location of the hotel was a lil painful the walk to walking street and to a majority of the activities was more than 10 mins walking...It could be overcome by grabbing a taxi truck. Besides this it was well worth the stay...definitely a great place to stay. Balcony a bit small on tenth floor compared to seventh floor. Other than that all fine. 2 Samsung. And coke 360 batt. Expensive. For. 2 drinks. Other. Bars 110 batt. Lack of atmosphere, felt like a show case, design is awful unless you like 70`s retro art deco plastic design. My upgraded room was smaller than what I had booked. Prostitutes in out and around the hotel. Whilst eating in the dining room you can see them enticing customers, unless you like that kind of stuff :-) Any way my wife objected to staying there. Avoid bringing your tender kids unless you want to give them a crash course on the facts of life. Otherwise could be fun. Breakfast wasn;t so great and the work going on by the pool was annoying, but to be fair it wasn't continuous and after a while you don;t notice it anyway. Staff in the pool bar were not the most efficient... Thought food in restaurant could be improved. Some of the staff struggled with the English language. Couldn't fault it. *Different daily rates for the room actually it gives the total given to me for the 5 days but i think if its equal will be much better *Different prices for hiring a taxi. Breakfast items not very warm. Unpleasant smell in the lift lobby. location is not hot place. breakfirst need more choice. Most unhappy and let me feel dangrous is leaking my personal information to other motor rent guy. A bit far from main shopping malls like Central Festival, Tops, Mike Shopping, Beach Plaza etc. The distance to the hotel at one end of the beach road.. Nothing. One staff at the swimming pool is not friendly, we need towel but she gave us used ones. Porter demanding a tip after walking our luggage down from the top hotel..we had just arrived, hadn't changed money and he was almost menacing. There was no halal food for Muslims. The food was nice but choices for a Muslim were limited to halal and therefore, it was a bit of struggling because the hotel does not provide. Would be better to get halal food where all can enjoy. There is nothing I disliked about the hotel. some flying insects in toilets. 1- Nighbourhood. There is high noise of music ffrom the bars close to the room. The wifi is very bad. no massage not deep pool small territory. some kind of smell in the loby. Worst Staff Behavior in Reception. Price pool bar. Food in the restaurant is priced very high and not much choice. Water in Swimming Pool cold. They charges me 1000 bath extra because i take a lady for 1 hour in the hotel. They have many hotels that dont charges nothing. Of corse, i will never go there again..... Rather expensive in regards to other places with drinks and food. Staff speaking very bad english especially the reception which is your primary face of the hotel for customers. Staff dont speak english too well, so if there's a problem it might be difficult to sort it out. When checking in, they took a deposit for the room bigger than the price of the room. And one block away is an infamous street full of "entertainment" so if you're with kids, dont go out at night. The stuffe very very much poor They make me wait about 2 hours for nothing and they cause was that they didn't received my reservation I'll never back agin to this hotel. Lack 24 hour restaurant and room service. Check in time guests are forced to go to a back,building hotel with no sea view or wait for hours. A lot of guests reluctantly take the option to avoid waiting like sheep in a crowded lobby. Bad reception staff. Takes a deposit if 100 US Dollar in cash which shd be mentioned on letsbookhotel.com. Or else they will not give the room. Another voucher for lost key if 300 bhaths hv to be signed...overall terrible check in experience. parking is difficult and too small area. we feel disapponted about this hotel. Staffs are not polite and not helpful, especially the receptionest. They are quite rude, never smile and useless. Air conditioner is so annoying. staff need more of improvement,break fast boufet doest contains many kind of dishes and if you came late you dont find enough food.
