The suite I had was clean, bright and spacious. My cousin had one of the Deluxe Rooms and it too was of a good size. The location is good, just off Soi Bukhou. WiFi worked well. They were happy to look after our luggage for the entire day. The location is great. It is very close to LK Metro area. I have stayed in Pattaya many times and this hotel is compared to some that are charging $25-$30 USD or 750bht - 900bht. Great value for the money with a balcony.

The stairs is very narrow and may be not safe.the noise come into the rooms all the night.wi-fi is poor.and no phone to call reception. if you dont like bars this isnt the place to stay. Room light is a little dark. And bed is not steady, noise from which makes my sleep not sweet. When i came to the hotel, i pay only cash, they are write on letsbookhotel.com every credit cards accepted but it isnt. Location is not good, far away center. Rooms are small. The air con. Is not adequate for room. 2nd day there, the bathroom flooded while we were out. They were aware of this, but waited till we got back to room to clean. This disturbed our privacy. 3rd day, the water quit running. Mosquitoes in room, very steep chairs not suitable for elders or young children, Bathroom not very clean.
