We liked the location and price.the hotel staff was very friendly and well behaved

there was no complementary drinking water provided.There were leaks in the bath tub.

Very very close to the Pattaya Beach. To find some food to eat very very easy. The staff friendly enough. Swimming pool is nice

The location is great! The price is right and a guest for the night doesn't cost extra.

The Room doors are out dated and still use metal keys with big pieces of flat metal attached to them. Very cumbersome. We could occasionally smell smoke from other rooms. Not real bad though.

Perfect location, right in the centre of everything and excellent value for money. Right across from the beach, very clean and lovely pool and sunbathing space.

Very good location, with excellent sea views, and you can see the Pattaya City lights at night.

The work to the swimming pool wasn't quite finished, and the water in the room is not free.

only location is good near to walking street and on the beach road

that is a old building hotel with a very very poor air condition system. in humid weather we me my wife and my daughter feel that room like a hell . very bad air condition in the hotel.

Position it's great. Hotel next to the beach and nightlife. 800 m to the waking street. It's ok if you want to spend few Money and be in the center. No problem to get guest in the room.

The hotel is old and the room are little squalid, the bathroom it's very old but it's ok if you are young and with friends. No good for family or with girlfriend. Staff was ok.

Location, service, price, (except I later discovered a more reasonable price could have been attained elsewhere... I did enjoy the pool, overlooking the beach .

Requested a room (via internet booking) on high floor and was placed on the 3rd. Supposedly automatically upgraded to a superior sweet and if so would hate to think how a lesser room would have looked....

hotel is placed on the beach road, not far from everything we need.

hotel is really old, moved to other place because of cockroaches. If you loose safe key, you should pay $100 fine, suppose it's too much.

Dirty, cockroach in the bathroom and bed... Swimming pool under repair, staff so so.... In hotel travel agent cheated on taxi price back to Bangkok, ordered a limo but got a regular old smelly taxi... Nothing good to report.

Front desk staff very impolite (They never say hi, welcome, good night etc.) Air Conditioner in the lobby off all the time No toiletries in the room and no hair dryers I ask to replace my towels and they said only in the next day. Breakfast not included. Nothing good to say about this Hotel
