The hotel is close to Bangkok Airport. The taxis from the airport is 160 BTH and return is 100 BTH. The reception desk was very helpful and printed off boarding passes for me and arranged the taxis for my return journey to the airport. The large bed was very comfortable. We have stayed many times at Rafael Mansion because of its close proximity to bkk (Bangkok International Airport). It is clean and comfortable at a very reasonable price.

No free airport shuttle and taxi driver organized by the hotel extorted 200 baht out of us by saying his meter was broken. We didn't have time to find another taxi where the meter price should have been about 80 baht. Bathroom very small. Scary location!. Far to the city (cab costs around 12 US Dollars). Nothing in this area (except a local market and a 7/11). No early breakfast. Restaurant was not working. Pool was GREEN . Unable to use. Food was cold and poor standard. you get what you pay for, located in empty industrial zone with not much around. Taxi/scooter mandatory. would never stay normally. it's really a hotel for contractors who work on the industrial estates around it. the facilities were very basic. Very bad mattress. A bit out of the way Hard bed. Basic, far from the city center. distance from airport (indicated some 3 km, in reality on roads more than 14 km. The hotel is 15 min drive from the airport and make sure the taxi driver knows where to take you (it took us almost 35 mins in order to reach it). It is a very simple hotel with only local TV chanels. The heater for shower was probably too much for the electric system because suddenly everything was totally dark in our room. Dark surroundings outside and no pavements. In order to find a place for dinner we had to pass a high speed motorway with no help of traffic lights, a scary experience. the shower was broken, very dirty bathroom, blood on the toilet. venue very out of the way and did not appear very safe at night for solo travellers. The location. Very bad location. No shop, no restaurant . Very dirty, thé room was not clean, the bed was not change. There is no airport shuttle service, you must pay à taxi (100 bath).
