Everything was wonderful.the staff can't speak very well English but they are very helpful and friendly. They made us the best romantic dinner on beach.The prices is very good.Not very choices for breakfast but the food of the restaurant for lunch and dinner is so delicious. Amazing, relaxing place, with very friendly staff who are always willing to help. The rooms were clean and the beach was also very clean comparing to others that we went to on the island. Taxi service is 2 mins away and costs 200Bahts to Ko Samet Village.

Very quiet, clear water, just very fine. Very nice and friendly staff!!. This was away from the crowds, but still a quick boat ride (if you use the fast boat). Great views/water/etc. Clean and warm sea. White sand beach. Nice location & friendly staff. ALL. The location is great, right on the beach. The restaurant staff are friendly and despite a little bit of a language barrier they do the best to understand what you are saying and always got our orders right. The reception staff were also good. They helped us to sort renting quad bikes and motorcycles which was brought to the hotel and also sorting our trip back to the mainland. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The garden area was really nice too. When we first arrived our. Great location! Private beach, nice bungalows. Great breakfast, clean rooms. Many restaurants and bars near by. Decent restaurant. Friendly staff, good location. The beach is peaceful and the food in the restaurant is delicious. Nice room with a great view to marine. The restaurant closes at 8.30 and no nightlife near by. Fees applied when paying by credit OR debit card. Foot-washing water pots by doors just encourage mosquitos; similarly open waste/ventilation in bathrooms allow mosquitos in. Rather hard bed, and pressure in shower low due to water/power conservation on island. TV channels Very limited Farang food. Poor breakfast, expensive restaurant. Nothing!. Restaurant staff are inattentive. Building work going on made it very noisy in the daytime. The showers are not great and the A/c could be a little better. Despite the room being clean we did have an extra guest with us in the room in the form of a mouse or small rat. We did not see any other rodents around the resort so I don't believe they have a pest problem but it was a little off putting. The service was a little slow in the restaurant. The staff tried hard, but was sometimes not professional enough. Our "upgrade" was a bungalow with a building site right in front of it! Do not take the sea view houses! Loud music from the next beach all night long! The resort itself is nice and clean, but the island is - for European standards - very dirty and not very environmental care orientated. There was construction going on which was a big neuisance because of noise and lack of privacy owing the workers presence all day. For the room rates, it is an absolute must that they install higher capacity air conditioners and do away with the small locally made ones currently installed in the vip villas. The one we stayed in the air conditioning was very poor. The service is very poor! The personnel seems to have a reasonable will to serve, but it feels like they have not received any training at all? The facilities are getting heavily outdated: beach chairs are worn with dirty and broken madrases, toilet seats and faucets are broken, mosquitos can enter some of the cottages etc... Additionally the breakfast is very poor. There are construction works here now!.
