Wonderful view over the city from our 10th floor room. Direct access to the Kad Suan Kaew shopping mall next door. Open atrium above reception to the top of the hotel 13 floors higher, with balcony corridors to all rooms. Breakfast room was very light, airy, and spacious. room size excellent, gigantic bed pool ginormous breakfast buffet good choices location next to shopping centre many choices for dining and shopping.great location if one doesn't need to get to the old city or night bazaar often.

The hotel is old, maintained at its old level but never modernized. Its located in the back of a shopping mall where noise comes over to the hotel rooms. None. No free. very noisy (early morning and late evening), very old, bad value, not duvet in the suite (old blankets). It is simply the kind of places you do not want to end up with. Massive hotel, lack of any atmosphere and completely uninterested staff, giving no attention at all, being grumpy when asked a question. Room is quite old,some staff cannot speak English.The bed is not clean.i was bite by unknown insects.
