Jackyshow is the first homestay we have ever booked and we were more than pleasantly surprised at how wonderful it was. The hosts - Lam and Jacky - did everything to ensure our comfort while we stayed at their home. Between them, they speak English, French and Thai. We had the opportunity to stay in two different room types: The Swiss room and the Thai room. Both were extremely unique but as we are a Swiss/Australian couple, we found the Swiss room to be quite special and we really enjoyed the .

It was actually MORE than the description and pictures indicated - a suite no less. Secondly, the staff was absolutely wonderful. It really IS a homestay and Lam and Jacky went out of their way with extra service. I felt I was staying with friends because that is how they treated me. The bed was very comfortable and. We spent some amazing time here. From the moment we were greeted by Lam at the airport we felt we were lucky to have chosen this oasis in Chiang mai. It feels better than home, we were treated like royalties and loved like friends, Lam and Jacky the owners are two very special people and make evryone feel special .....it is a gem of a place and we highly recommend this place. Lam even organised a day tour for us where she joined us personally in her own lovely car, what more can you ask for...t. People in this home stay are very nice,especially to owner,who is capable of speaking Thai,English and French.Although this is not a luxury hotel, but every part of this place conveys the message that this is a special place only for special people.What impressed me most is the door in the room we lived, which was created and made by the owner herself. Besides the atmosphere was so delightful and sweet.The only disadvantage is that this place is a little bit far from the town.But it's not a big. Very nice and friendly people there, we did have a very pleasant stay. The decoration of rooms really gave us a surprise. What I can say is: That's amazing!!! Little outside of the city centre but only 5 minutes with the scooter! But therefore a small and quiet oasis (you really forget that you are in a big city). Bit far away but everything at the hotel makes worth this little inconvenience. No shops and restaurants within walking distance. But you can easily order a tuk-tuk to go to the city for 100 Baht. The hotel is bit far from the center. A little far away from the city, but did not matter after being in the hotel and it's facility to offer. Only criticism - the pillows on the bed were a little too hard - but that's my taste. Nothing.
