Excellent Staff; very very friendly and helpful people!! The receptionist is always smiling and the owner is from Turkey with a thai partner .. All are very helpful .. Whenever I needed their help(even at the night time) they didn't hesitate to help me about anything.. Also tipped me about the tours at the island .. They have daily room service ..My room cleaned up everyday!! This is really a friendly hotel with good food .. They cook Thai,European and delicious Turkish Food!! Breakfast is open.
all reviews » Couldn't fault this guest house. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast great, eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, tea, coffee. Basic but more than enough. Rooms were spacious and clean, nice balcony area outside room. Very near to night life but far enough away to have a peaceful sleep. Don't bother getting a baht bus - rip off . 50 baht for about 500m! And definately not on way back to hotel as you have to walk to end of one way junction and by then you are practically there. If you fly into Sam. The staff and owner were 10/10, nothing was too much trouble and I mean help from fixing my computer to giving any information I needed. I would stay here again anytime. It's even very, very affordable, dare I say cheap, with a motor bike taxi only 100 bht to the center of the nearby town with all the bars and restaurants. The local beach is only 100 m away. The hotel does not suffer from any noise and the wi-fi strength was superb, something which many hotels can't claim. All the guests appear. The hotel is just 3 mins to the airport and 5 mins to the city center. The beach is across the street but very close to the hotel. There is a family mart next to the hotel which is really handy. The hotel is right across the road from a scooter hire shop so it's easy to ride into town from the hotel. It's located next to some great restaurants and close to the beach. We both real. Situated a 10 minute walk from Chaweng's main street, this provided very little noise enabling a good night's sleep, but still in easy walking distance to all the main bars and restaurants. The rooms aren't attached to reception - they're in a separate building but it's nice because you have privacy. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable, shower is good, place is clean and air conditioning works well. The fruit and toast at breakfast was nice. There are female as well as make staff who are very nice! It's right next door to 7/11 and a pharmacy, a minutes walk from the beach and ten minutes to town!. Clean and spacious room. You are close enough to walk to the center and find the parties and shops, and you are far enough to distance yourself from the big crowds. This hotel is very near to the Chaweng beach, 5 minutes walking, and 15 minutes walking from the parties. Rooms are fine, every morning if you ask for cleaning it will be done. The breakfast starts at 8.30 - weird, it's too late. You should always keep the curtains down and turn on the lights even at daytime - otherwise no privacy at all. They've tried to keep my passport during my stay - when I objected, they returned it immediately. -you have to keep the curtains closed all the time, otherwise no privacy. -mosquitos can get in easily, as the sliding door doesn't closes very well. No pool, bad smell from toilet, Breakfast was only fair but free. The sounf if confitionayer air. But i thing is a smallest problem. The policy of keeping a deposit of 3000THB or passport is not good.The maintenance and upkeep is not to the mark. Nothing everything is excellent. Nothing... Nothing. The shower is a weird set up and not great quality. No swimming pool. It was about a 10 minute walk to the main strip. Could be much cleaner!. Hotel's furniture are old. But boss is new:) so i'm sure it'll be better. 10 minutes walk to the centre part of Chaweng. Sane breakfast everyday. Security was a minor concern. No safe deposit box in room but reception was willing to hold valuables. The sliding door of room would lock but there was a 1cm gap between door and frame. Fixable, just needed some maintenance. Bathrooms were typical Thai with shower being the whole room but water was hot and everything worked fine. the location is to far from partyes area like 20 min wallking.
