most guests are Russian, the hotel is not far from the Patong beach, clean and good service, also provide every serviece you need, the pool is clean but small.

Noise. The first time I stayed there was a 6am morning wedding, my bungaow was next to the carpark and close to the reception area and too noisy after 6am.
No taxi/shuttle from airport to Montri. If you choose this place because it is near the airport be aware a taxi will take you to the airport for 60-70bht but not from the airport, they do not know where it is or won't take you because it is only a small fare. They will take you if you pay what they ask 200-300bht.
Hotel receptionist did not speak English and needed to call a translator
to have conversation with me.
Very few taxi drivers know where the hotel is and are not motivated to drive you because it is a low fare ride. The hotel should offer free airport transfer because of this.
The hotel and area is not touristy at all. All signs are in Thai.
No taxi driver knows about this place and it took him at least 1 hr to find the place.

Bangkok is the city where night life starts at 10:00pm. This place was drop dead and no restaurants or eating places near by.
I was thinking to get massage when i get there as I was tired but at 9:00 pm there spa was closed.
