On arrival we were greeted by 'Mont' who made our stay exceptional. His attention to detail meant that he had fulfilled all my requests on the last night of my honeymoon. Chocolates & flowers and a rose covered bed with towels that had been shaped into sawns linking to make a heart was wonderful but all was outdone by the spectacular sea view that I had requested which took our breaths away. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic honeymoon hideaway, this is the place. We found the swimming pool surroundings/location/views fantastic. The staffs were exceptionally friendly and professional. They all speak English. The room has a great view balcony. The view can be seen from the bathroom also. We will definitely recommend this resort. Peaceful beachside surroundings and spectacular views across the bay made this the highlight of our holiday. Overall I would probably give this resort about an 8/10. Stunning view of Khanom bay and nice swimming pool. Big Room, Big Balcony, Big Bathtub, Good View,. Lots of stairs as the hotel is located on the mountainside means it is not handicap friendly. If you are looking for shopping and entertainment this is not the place. The shower warm water varied between cool and lukewarm. Some of the staff did not have such a good grasp of English, but there's usually someone available who does. The beer was also not always as cold as it could have been. Mosquitos. Most of the staff could did not appear to speak any other language other than Thai. This made it very difficult in terms of communication and incorrect orders and billing mistakes occurred because of this. Confusion over what had been ordered occurred frequently, and orders would not be correct. The billing mistakes were resolved quickly once they were detected. The property looks tired, needs upgrading. Low quality of breakfast, Old place with no renovation, Not 4-star hotel, just 3.5-star.
