The room is small about 20 m2 with WC-bathroom (if we don't count
the terrace) but it has good facilities : iron, ironing table, oven,
microwave oven, dishwasher, dining table,cooking utensils (pot, pan,
boiling dish, spoon, fork, knife, spatula, ...), dishes, four mugs,
wardrobe. Location is good and near city center (and main railway
station), you can go even by walk (ground is steep to the city center),
although using tram no. 10 is much easier. You can also come right to
the hotel form airp. all reviews »
Cozy and clean apartments. Very simple check-in procedure. Apartments
are equipped with everythig you need. Exellent location. Only two tram
stops from Zurich Hauptbahnhof, stop for tram #10 which goes to airport
is in ten meters from building, supermarket coop is opposite building, a
lot of cafes and restaurants around, only 10 minutes walking to the old
city and Zurich lake.
Location was awesome. Close to the BH (walking distance) and on the way to the airport via Tram # 10. The Coop right opposite was a big help.
Location: very close to Zurich's city centre Convenience: just enter
your code and get the keys. When leaving just drop them in the box.

The location was great and the facilities were good.
No personal, all needed is provided.
Lovely area near University. Walking distance of 10 mins to center or
trams right outside door. All basics in apartment for self catering and
supermarket right across the road. No rush to get to somewhere within
check in times as key delivered on code entered.

It has no elevator and no cooler (no air conditioner), it is a little
warm in the afternoons. It doesn't have a hair dryer.The cleaning
service is once a week. The room is small. It is a bit noisy at early
ours of midnight and at about 6 o'clock when window is open
(although I think it is the same for all of the apartments beside the
street and near the city center in Zurich).
Could have better pillows.
Entrance: around the corner and with no overhead lighting.
no elevator at the apartment, we had to drag 4 heavy luggages with us and we stay at the 5th floor.
Some noise from other apartments in early hours of saturday morning. A lot of stairs, no lift.
The water drainage in the sink was very slow and no reception to report.
By registration must be pointer to the correct door (to left and back of the house).
No lift and apartment up 8 flights of stairs - not easy with large
suitcases. No information in room on how to use stove top, cooker, where
laundry is in building, etc... or map of zuerich. Cost of everything in
zuerich. Very very expensive city to visit.
Noise, no elevator and we had 4th floor flat. If you travel with luggage it is not fun.
No instructions on how to use stove top, we had problems with it.
