The receptionist is extremely kind to me, very patient to answer all my questions and also gives me great recommendations on where to see in Zurich. very helpful staff. We had a problem with the bed and it was resolved in 5 five minutes, they changed us room, with no discussion.Very clean and modern hotel. Restaurant was excellent and the staff were very helpful with our 2 young children.
all reviews » convenient location, very nice rooms, good service. Just look in the survey online. On the side of the road, it is very noisy, because of Tram and Cars. Except that, everything is wonderful. It was little disapointing when it was not. The front side rooms are noisy because of the traffic. tram noise created during early morning. a little noise of the room near the street.Not many English channel options on the TV in the room. the parking service, it's doesn't and we have to pay for 2 days of blue zone ticket by can't park just 1 minuite. Small room ( street sides ). street noise level. Not in easy walk distance from the city center. the bathroom was small and old.very small rooms and too high a price. The receptionist forgot to give us the wake-up call at 4:00 in the morning for our flight. The bathroom was ill ventilated.the hotel rooms are not air conditioned, and exposed to the sun. Teh temperature was unacceptably high - I had to cancel the second noght, after having spent a sweating breathless night at Rigihoff. Good only in wintertime.
