What people say

Excellent quality Continental breakfast, especially the breads. Staff spoke English very well and was helpful in explaining how to travel by train around the Zurich area. Parking space was available directly behind the hotel and was easy to access even with a relatively large car (Peugeot 407 wagon). Our room was a triple and was larger than many other triples we stayed in. This hotel was ideally situated in the centre of zurich, very pleasant staff and clean spacious family room.

Please contact the hotel if you wish to reserve a parking space, as there is only a limited number available. If there are no more parking spaces available at the hotel, you can use the Opera parking garage, only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Please note that the reception is open from 07:00 to 22:00. Guests arriving after 22:00 are kindly requested to check in at the restaurant next door. If the restaurant is already closed, keys can be picked up from the night porter at Hotel Opera, which is just around the corner. Please note that the bar/restaurant is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
