  The Staff are helpful and fast in assisting our request despite its main hotel Europe was shut down due to low season and only minimal staff were on duty during our staying period. What impressed me the most was where we paid chf20 daily for the dog and they actually prepared the separate clean towels set ,blanket and the - The staff at the Hotel Europe were very accommodating in trying to make up for the shortcomings of the Apartments. The room was ok - it was spacious, clean and relatively comfortable but I was on a working holiday and could not get the wifi to work the first night. They ended up moving us to the Hotel Europe for the second night. Also, you need to go to the Hotel first unless you call or email after booking and then they will tell you what room you are in and that the door is already open with
