  Please go here for the view ! No road between the hotel and the Lake so this is very quiet. Staff very hepfull and polite, specially at the Front desk where you could find all information needed! - The room presentation was extremely good - in fact excellent.   This Hotel is a lovely old hotel in a beautiful setting on the Avenue of Flowers. As i was quite ill, I needed a doctor and one was provided for me in very short time. I was very impressed with the attention I received, and although I mostly saw only the inside of the room, and the dining room, due to my illness, I loved my stay at the Grand Hotel ... what people say » Excelsior. The room great, and the view spectacular. - A great old Victorian Hotel with excellent facitlities, large rooms, lake view, free internet and movies, would definitely stay again.

  The location is magnificent and the accommodation is truly luxurious. Top class leisure facilities and very friendly and professional service. The restaurants are also excellent. - Absolutely a world class hotel. Delightful staff and location. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was sensational, very impressive.

  All you can expect from a mini-Palace and 5 stars service. Upon arrival, our room has been upgraded to a suite, a very pleasant surprise indeed! Valet car park, a glass of champagne on arrival, nice pool, spa gym facilities and a smashing view on the lake from our private balcony (to be ordered at booking) ... Despite the price, I will certainly go... what people say » back. Highly recommended for relaxing stay! - Fabulous hotel. It was an excellent price for a 5 star hotel. The beds were amazing, the staff were fabulous, the bedtime chocolates were decadent. The food - wow. Truly drool-worthy.
