  The hotel is located oposite Alpin Express so you can ski almost back to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the owner Ivano was keen to accomodate our extra requests. The hotel is very clean and tidy. We also had dinner in the hotel and it works out to be the cheapest dinner in town as for CHF30 we had a four course meal with salad. ... what people say » The dinner needs to be prebooked in the morning. Not overpriced for half board meal option good value and saves on eating out. Nice bar. My second visit would return again.

  I was lucky, upgraded to the suite. Very comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom and a view of the Matterhorn. The hotel was comfortable and beautifully decorated like a game lodge.   Really well run, super mod, beautifully managed property. Small and charming. Expensive but rooms were spectacular as was service...so get what you pay for. - clean and spacious room, breakfast in room (no eating facility within hotel), customers receive prompt attention, nice and small so quiet and cosy.

  Free wifi, close to station - The staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice to have space in the bedroom and a balcony. It was an excellent location. The extra touches were really nice - ie a basket of apples by the elevator.

  The staff in the Arcare building were very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning and maintenance were punctual and efficient. Front desk staff were very helpful.
