We liked the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the place. It was very hot the week we stayed and without asking, the owner supplied a sheet to cover the comfortable bed instead of a duvet. prepared the breakfast every morning was very nice and friendly to me.
The hotel isn't 5 stars, but it is clean and has its own bathroom not sharing. It is very near to the town, shopping and train station of Biel/Bienne. Plus Nikolla also loan me a bicycle to ride around town. At a very reasonable price, plus good service and free bicycle loan what more can one ask. My husband was ill and the staff couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Our stay had to be extended and this was arranged easily to meet our every need. - Staff we met were really friendly and could not be more helpful. Hotel well placed to get public transport into bern.
