The staff were amazing specially kevin on the reception. The guy went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay at the richmond from the fruits, dates and nutts to going up to the room to make sure everything is up to the standard we expect from the richmond. AMAZING would definitely stay there again just for the great service. -

Friendly staff, welcoming feel, warm atmosphere, good facilities - The view!!! It changed every 15 minutes as the clouds revealed new partsof the valley and hid other parts.
